Vicki Sugars will be leaving the SAFC as of 18 August 2017 to return to the industry. She will be greatly missed by us all at the SAFC and the many screen makers she has worked with. We wish Vicki  enormous success with her next endeavours.

The SAFC celebrates Vicki’s work here and all the programs that she has collaborated on or delivered in her time at the SAFC and these include; The Attachments Program, the revamp of the Crew and Services Directory, Screen Ready2016 for university students and graduates in November 2016, Matched Market funding, working with the ABC iView teams, the Career Accelerator program and Screen Culture grants. We wish to especially thank Vicki for her dedicated work in partnership with SAFC’s Aboriginal Screen Executive Lee-Ann Buckskin on the implementation of the initiatives in the SAFC Aboriginal Screen Strategy, including the Short Production Initiative and Script Development program.

Congratulations and thanks Vicki for your great contribution to the South Australian screen sector.
